Biography:
Ms. Rodek earned her bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Skidmore College in Upstate New York. She went on to receive her degree in dietetics from Simmons College in Boston, MA and a master’s degree in Nutrition Communications from Tufts University School of Nutrition. She completed her internship at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

She works mainly with outpatient oncology and ALS patients, as well as those who are hospitalized.
