Biography:
Dr. Dowsett received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Dowsett then completed a residency in Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Interest Statement:
Dr. Dowsett is the division chief of Radiation Oncology at the University of Connecticut Health Center directing the clinical operations and strategic plans for the division. He has interests in Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT) including its expanded use into standard clinical practice. He is also a member of the Multidisciplinary Head and Neck Cancer Program.
