UConn Cancer Dialogue
 On behalf of the Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center, we are
very pleased to present our newsletter, “Dialogue.”
The newsletter showcases many of the exciting advances in the
cancer center that have occurred under the leadership of
Carolyn D. Runowicz, M.D.
Our center's technology, research and approach to patient
care have continued to reflect contemporary practices based in
the most recent scientific advances. “Dialogue” is designed to highlight the unique characteristics
of the cancer center's multidisciplinary and multiprofessional
approach to the prevention and treatment of cancer.
We encourage you to read and, where appropriate, consider how
the issues identified in this publication could apply to you,
your family and friends. We have included a "Cancer Question"
(ask the Doctor) section in which questions you may have related
to cancer can be answered by expert clinicians and researchers
at the Health Center. Also, we can be reached directly by our

to help you in any way we can.
